Why don't I see my wireless network when I attempt to connect to the U by Moen app?

There are 3 reasons that a network would not appear in the list:

1. The router is not broadcasting 2.4 Ghz.
2. The router is configured to be ‘hidden’, which means it will not show up in any access point list and always needs to be manually entered.
3. The controller is not getting a strong enough signal from the router to show up in the list (due to bathroom materials, distance, etc). In these cases, we recommend using a repeater/extender to boost the signal range.
